NLogic is a software provider and media research firm that provides products and services used by the media, their advertisers and advertising agencies to develop marketing strategies. Consistent with our corporate values, NLogic is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information.

Visitors

Visitors may access NLogic’s Web site and browse to review the services offered without providing personal information.

NLogic's Subscribers/Clients

NLogic collects personally identifiable information, or personal information, such as name, organization, address, business and personal e-mail addresses, and telephone number, when our clients provide this information at the time of registration or when you subscribe to receive NLogic’s marketing materials or newsletters.

NLogic uses your personal information to the extent necessary to ensure data security and to provide you products and services, such as to fulfill your requests for products or to help us personalize our offerings to you. We also use your personal information to support our business functions, such as marketing, and to provide customer support.

NLogic will not rent or sell your personal information to others but may, in rare circumstances, disclose your contact information to third-party vendors and service providers that work with NLogic. We will only share Personal Information with these vendors and service providers to help us support a product or service to you.

Using our website or services may link to third party web websites, services, and applications. NLogic is not responsible for any personal information collected through these means. Information collected is governed through the third party’s website’s Privacy Policy. Any interactions you have with these websites, services, or applications are beyond the control of NLogic.

Email

NLogic may use the e-mail addresses provided at registration to send e-mails concerning updates or announcements about our services to our subscribers.

Cookies

When a visitor or client views NLogic’s Web site, we may store some information on the viewer’s computer’s hard drive. This information will be in the form of a “cookie” or similar file and can help us in many ways. For example, cookies allow us to track data for service reports and to read the database and present it back to the user. With most Internet browsers, you may erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. If you are a client, should you choose to block or delete cookies, you will have difficulty accessing NLogic’s proprietary information.

Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, NLogic implements procedures to safeguard and secure the information that is collected online. Although NLogic will use reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of the information provided, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. NLogic is not liable for disclosure of the information supplied due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.

NLogic reserves the right to contact our clients regarding account status and changes to the subscriber agreement, privacy policy, or any other policies or agreements relevant to our clients.

Accessibile customer service policy

NLogic is committed to meeting its current and ongoing obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code respecting non-discrimination.

NLogic understands that obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its accessibility standards do not substitute or limit its obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code or obligations to people with disabilities under any other law.

NLogic is committed to complying with both the Ontario Human Rights Code and the AODA.

Our accessible customer service policies are consistent with the principles of independence, dignity, integration and equality of opportunity for people with disabilities.

Assistive Devices

People with disabilities may use their personal assistive devices when accessing our facilities.

In cases where the assistive device presents a significant and unavoidable health or safety concern or may not be permitted for other reasons, other measures will be used to ensure the person with a disability can access our facilities.

Communication

We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability. We will work with the person with a disability to determine what method of communication works for them.

We have updated our website and content on the site to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA.

Service animals

We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed on the parts of our premises that are open to the public.

A service animal can be easily identified through visual indicators, such as when it wears a harness or a vest, or when it helps the person perform certain tasks. When we cannot easily identify that an animal is a service animal, our staff may ask a person to provide documentation (template, letter or form) from a regulated health professional that confirms the person needs the service animal for reasons relating to their disability.

If service animals are prohibited by another law, we will discuss with the customer another way of providing access to our facilities.

Support persons

A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises.

Training

NLogic will provide accessible customer service training to its employees on applicable accessibility laws and on human rights legislation as it relates to people with disabilities.

Feedback process

NLogic welcomes feedback on how we provide accessible customer service. Customer feedback will help us identify barriers and respond to concerns. Customers who wish to provide feedback on the way NLogic provides access to its facilities to people with disabilities may contact:

Notice of availability of documents

NLogic will notify the public that documents related to accessible customer service, are available by posting a notice on its website at www.nlogic.ca.

NLogic will provide this document in an accessible format or with communication support, on request. We will consult with the person making the request to determine the suitability of the format or communication support. We will provide the accessible format in a timely manner and, at no additional cost.

Modifications to this or other policies

Any policies of NLogic that do not respect and promote the principles of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity for people with disabilities will be modified or removed.
